Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of revenuespark.ai. They cover the marketing site only. The work we do under a signed engagement — the blueprint, schema, content, and dashboards we deliver to clients — is governed by the contract you sign with us, not this page.
Who you are agreeing with.
"RevenueSpark", "we", and "us" refer to Dearmer Equity Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary company. "You" means the person or entity accessing this site. If you are accessing the site for your employer, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these terms.
Ownership of content.
Everything on this site — source code, configuration, copy, design, schema markup, and accompanying assets — is the proprietary work of Dearmer Equity Pty Ltd and its contributors. Copyright © 2026.
Publishing the source repository at github.com/ajdearmer/revenuespark-site is for sales, transparency, and reference. It is not a grant of any license. No right to use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of any portion of this site — in source or compiled form — is granted without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Acceptable use.
You may browse the site, submit the discovery questionnaire, book a call, and reference public pages in good-faith commentary. You may not:
- scrape the site in a way that imposes unreasonable load,
- attempt to access non-public endpoints, accounts, or infrastructure,
- submit knowingly false information in the discovery form,
- republish substantial portions of the site as your own work, or
- use the site or its content to train a model that is offered as a competing GEO or SEO product.
AI crawlers operated by major providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Cohere, Bytedance, Common Crawl) are explicitly welcome — see robots.txt. Fair-use citation of any page as part of an answer is permitted and encouraged.
Engagements.
Pricing, scope, deliverables, ownership of work product, and any guarantees we make are set out in the engagement agreement you sign with us. The marketing copy on this site is illustrative and is not, on its own, a binding offer. Nothing here creates an attorney–client, fiduciary, or employer–employee relationship.
No warranty.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the site is limited to AUD $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Third-party services.
Some pages embed or link to third-party services (Cal.com for booking, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for hosting). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their behaviour or content.
Changes to these terms.
We may revise these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions go to abe@sendspark.com.
